Purchased 2 new decompression heads from them, both are faulty and throwing codes and the only help we get is to send them back in. (which means we will be down for months again.) Both units are under warranty but they will not replace them until they see if it can be fixed. Possibly will take over a month to repair. They will not loan a unit or even let us rent one, while unit they sold us is being assessed.
