I have been going to Metta Massage and Wellness for a couple of years now. This space and my massage therapist, Dayna Phillips have provided me calm, care and restoration during some of my most difficult days. Whether nervous system regulation or helping me heal muscle and body discomfort, Dayna has been a gift. She is skilled and professional, calm and caring and I couldn’t recommend her or the Metta Massage and Wellness space more.
As soon as you walk into Metta Massage, you are filled with an atmosphere of peace. I started going to Metta about 2 years ago, and by complete luck, had made an appointment with Dayna Phillips. I chose her because she has the same first name as me and I took that as a good sign. From the first massage, I knew that I had found a gifted professional. Viktoriia provides the absolute best massage experience! If you are looking to completely unwind and destress, look no further. The treatment room was incredibly peaceful—the music, and overall atmosphere immediately put me at ease. Viktoriia has a wonderful, warm presence and checked in regarding pressure to ensure I was completely comfortable throughout the session. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and melting away the stress of desk work. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and will definitely be back.
