I’ve only had one session so far with Matthew but I do not think I’ve ever had this good of a massage. I really feel that my biggest concerns were addressed and I feel great after the massage.

This was my first time coming to this place,he did an excellent job. I have tried other places but no one has helped me find relief. This time everything went so well and I feel much better. Very good service I definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Metta Bodywork. Not your average massage therapist. Targeted body work, Personally, I have been beating up my body my whole life. 35 years of sports, 26 years of construction. Never thought this kind of therapy would work for me. Boy was I wrong. This is exactly what I needed. Immediate results for me, couldn't be more pleased with Matt and his techniques.

Approximately eight years ago, I was close to having to use a cane because of severe Sciatic pain on my left hip and leg. Fortunately, a friend had been trained in Thai massage and I had my first session with the therapist. The massage was done on a mattress on the floor and after a 45-minute workout, we both were exhausted. As crazy as this sounds, when I got up and walked around, I said “it feels like Jesus healed me!” Unfortunately, I did not continue with the Thai and relied on just deep tissue massages.
