I was refered to Metta Bodywork from my friend Ace. I was having knee pain. 10/10 pain, I could barely walk. Before we started he ask if he could pray. I said yes! I go to church every Sunday. I prayed that Jesus would heal through his hands. My knee pain went down to 3/10. I walked in limping, I walked out normal. Praise Jesus.
Matthew has helped me work thru issues I have had that impacted my running - great improvement. He also went out of his way to schedule an appt for my son on his day off of school to get a much needed massage on several areas that needed work.
I highly recommend anybody that has any back and neck stiffness or anything they need relieved from Matt’s the guy you need to go to. My neck and back feel amazing after leaving yesterday session.
Matthew is super knowledgeable and great with explaining everything to you! He helped me get rid of stubborn pain due to heavy powerlifting that I’ve been dealing with for months. 100% would recommend!
