Randall Metsch jammed him instrument so far into my daughters ear she bled. I changed practices immediately. I was asked to file a formal complaint and should have. We were in the middle of a move. We just switched insurance and found ourselves scheduled with him again. When I realized who he was I requested another physician immediately. I found him to be Condescending and incompetent. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.
