Josh Bruno can rot for all I care. He's the worst landlord on the face of the earth! Do NOT RENT FROM HIM, do not trust anything anybody in that office says. They are corrupt. They will take all your money and your deposit. The apartments are filthy, dirty, stinky, full of bugs, and crime is off the meter! It's dangerous, don't bring your kids to ANY of his properties.
