Brought them my 30 year old snow blower that hasn't been started since. They replaced a carb and a belt and started it right up. The lady on the phone(I apologize as I forgot her name) is very kind and attentive. They were able to pick up, repair, and drop off all at a reasonable price. Everything was on time as I had gone before the season truly started. Will recommend to friends and family.
I had a bad experience with this shop! The work they did on my lawn tractor was not acceptable. I received the tractor back leaking (spitting) oil. They also damaged the hood and bumper in transit. I sent it back and the oil leak was corrected. I also noticed non OEM parts. The bigger issue is that they glued the hood and bumper back together instead of replacing what they broke. My snow blower would not start. Metrowest picked up the snow blower at my house on the day they said they would, fixed it in one week during the busy season for snow blowers, delivered it back exactly when they said they would. Before they fixed it they called to be sure I was OK with the price. The price was very reasonable. Could not have been a better experience.
