Walked into the new offices and was immediately greeted. Within minutes I was taken to the exam room and Dr. A was by less than five minutes later. After examining the tooth and crown, it was reattached and I was out the door within 30 minutes. On top of the excellent customer service I was not charged. When does that ever happen these days?

My teeth were cleaned by Mary today. She is very thorough and explained every step of my exam and cleaning. She works very gently around my gums and I've never had a sore mouth when done. Great job, Mary!

Yesterday I experienced that great feeling of having new, able-to-chew-anything-now crowns (two, back-to-back) put in. Like getting some new feature for the car or house. Dr. Gendell and her assistant made the whole procedure a "piece of cake"! We even made plans for laying the groundwork for another one on the other side later this month. Just had another great experience at Metrowest Prosthodontics! I actually look forward to seeing Erika every six months, she makes each visit a pleasure! She always has helpful suggestions on ways I can help take better care of my teeth at home and is genuinely excited for me when I have a clean bill of health and no issues. All the staff is very friendly and helpful and their new office location is beautiful, fresh and very clean. I would highly recommend Erika and MP.

I made an unexpected call to the dental office as I was having a concern with a slight tooth ache. I was given special treatment doing pictures & xrays plus a com-passionate caring dentist putting me at ease & given a special lotion to use on my gums & to follow up in a week unless it gets worse. I really appreciated the kindness & concern I was given on a short notice as they were awesome.

The new location is sleek and modern....and when you have professionals like Barbara, Chris, Donna and others leading the charge it's a great overall experience.
