My technician diagnosed and fixed promblem in a timely manner and explained everything he was doing throughout process rich back in the office found my part quickly and explained everything that would be repaired on boiler will definitely recommend this outfit for all heating and cooling needs. Boston Heating & Air Conditioning Services is the best! He showed up the same day that our air conditioning went out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have never written reviews of companies even when I believe the service was subpar. In this particular case I feel compelled to do so. This is a horrible company. I called asking for a quote for service and then I asked the lady who picked up the phone to explain something that I didn’t understand. Her response to me was “whatever.” I was astounded by how rude she was to a potential customer.
