Thank you to everyone at Metrowest Hospice who helped us through this journey and enabled my mom to pass in peace, at home, knowing the entire time her care team genuinely cared about her.
Sadly my ex husband signed metro west hospice for in home care they are the worst uncaring insulting rude nurses there especially to the family caregiver they don’t have any compassion for the dying family they are rude and not there to help support the caregiver who takes care of the dying family member. There was only one nurse out of their team that was compassionate and caring and informative to help the caregiver !!!!!
Horrible company. They don’t care about the patients and the quality of care. They won’t protect and honor staff. Fired me for missing work because daycare was closed due to snow. They were already providing poor care due to understaffing. HORRIBLE!! don’t let them take care of your loved one. Not good people leading this company
