The most outstanding experience. James was fantastic and enabled me to get out of my home independently. More realistic being home to perform the activities. Very patient and great personality.
Our experience with this agency has been wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Elaine from the nursing group and Andrew and Nina from physical therapy. I need to give a shout out to Melissa Johnson from the MetroWest Home Health office. Melissa is very attentive and has excellent follow through and communication. I can see why Amedysis has such success with patients transitioning from short term rehab to home health!
7/10/25 - I have had wonderful care by Nina. She is thoughtful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. This is the second time in a year that Nima has cared for me and I hope I won’t need Home health services agsinbut of I do I will be asking for Niina. I have had the pleasure of working with Kayla as my OT therapist. My wife recently had hip replacement surgery and Metrowest Home Health Care has provided nursing care, physical therapy and occupational therapy. All the members of Metrowest team have been outstanding. They are very professional, knowledgeable, caring and have helped my wife to move forward with her recovery. Andrew, her physical therapist, always has a solution to any situation we have encountered and offers that solution with a wonderful sense of humor. We highly recommend Metrowest to all who need in home care.
