9a on Christmas Eve... my front crown broke off at the gum line. UGH! I thought I was sunk for sure. But I called the emergency line and Susie returned my call within minutes and I was at the Dentist office just a couple of hours later. And I wish I could say it was a simple fix, but it wasn't. The tooth also had a crack in it and it broke as well. So now they had 2 little pieces parts. But Dr. Heap and Susie would not be deterred. Dr. Alan Heap and his team are awesome!!! Beautiful office at the center of Metrowest!!! Everybody was extremely approachable and nice. MAde me feel welcome immediately. Thank you for the great visit!
Excellent doctor that does not push unnecessary treatments. Quick and he always does a great job! I wish all our doctors could be like him!
