Orders tests but has no real answer for the issue. Says what it is not but, claims he has no knowledge of bones in neck? Head and neck Dr who literally said i have no idea who to send you to and I have no experiencia on neck Bone problems?
DO NOT GO HERE! The front desk staff will ask you the same questions over and over. I spent 35 min on the phone with front desk worker Su. She asked me a whole lists of questions, asked me a date and time they worked for me with an appointment for my daughter. I asked to be transferred to their secondary office to see if that office offered any earlier appointments. She said she was going to transfer me and a “click beep beep beep” hung up. So I’m like ok I’ll call back and let them know it didn’t work and ask for the number... read more

Dr Zimmerman is awesome! He took my tonsils out 4 years ago and he put tubes in my baby’s ears! Great man!
Dr. Zimmerman always gets me in for an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. He is a great doctor and knows exactly what he's talking about/looking for. I love how he includes you in decisions and gives you options on what you want for your treatment.
