Such a peaceful and welcoming environment. Abby is wonderful and has helped me tremendously with not only physical aches and pains, but also significant stress reduction. I find that I am able to completely relax and enjoy deep meditation while I am there. I have made this a weekly commitment for my overall health and well-being.
Very relaxing atmosphere. I had a great first visit and plan to go back for more :)
