Like most reviewers, I too received a "notice" from I C Collection systems that i was in collections. First time I had EVER heard of Metrowest Anesthesia. This doctor is running a scam and should have her license removed. Sickening! UPDATE - I just paid the small amount to the "new" company. I wonder why Metrowest went out of business? because they are a scam artist. They know it is a scam.

Pre-surgery anesthesia for my ACL reconstruction went well, but post-op, the guy botched the nerve block so I spent my first night in agony. Sometimes these things happen and I wouldn't have posted a review based on this alone. However, they were sending paper bills to the incorrect address and their automated phone system kept dropping the call when I was trying to pay my bill by phone. I give one star because there is not an option to give NO stars at all. This company has owed me money for almost a year now. I have sent them proof of the overpayment that was made, and they just won't refund me. They claim they don't handle my account anymore and I need to contact US Partners. I call US Partners and they tell me I need to deal with Metrowest Anesthesia. These people are the worst thieves ever! I don't have words to express how unprofessional and unethical they are.

Horrible bedside manner. The lady who said she would be my anesthesiologist was MIA at the procedure. A loud lady came in saying, "she was going to make me feel really GOOD." she had a big shot in her hand. I felt like I was given too much. It might have been fine and totally safe, but I was scared to death. No one made me feel that they understood what meds I had to take for my occipital neuralgia was going to be taken into consideration and I'd be given the best prescription.
