I didn’t have the greatest experience working with Dr. Liu. He rushes through conversations and has a hard time listening to patient questions and concerns.

As a high fear patient and someone with a lot of dental anxiety I visited this office for the first time today. I am absolutely blown away. Not only is the office incredibly beautiful, Marian the hygienist is so lovely and kind and was so professional and accommodating. Dr. Liu is an amazing dentist and was very kind and professional, he was also so helpful in answering my many questions. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. Laser Dental Clinic left me a good impression on efficient & friendly services. Dr. Liu is patient & considerate for every circumstances. Receptionists Summer & Zoey are flexible & efficient to solve issue it may happen. They are reliable & professional on their specific dental fields.

I’ve visited Dr. Liu’s clinic a few times, but eventually decided to switch to another dental clinic for a few reasons: Even though I always arrived early, sometimes I still had to wait quite a while before seeing the dentist. The new assistant Dr. Liu recently hired seemed inexperienced. From the way he communicated with the doctor and handled the tools, it was clear he was lack of experience.
