I booked Metrotown Family Chiropractic in Burnaby for persistent heel and arch pain. Dr. Merani did a careful exam and gait check, explained my foot mechanics, and recommended custom orthotics instead of off the shelf insoles. We used a foam impression and the custom foot inserts fit my everyday shoes and runners perfectly. I returned for follow ups and some chiropractic care with Dr. Merani, and the pain improved.
