Very disappointed in their lack of customer service or even a call back. We're having a problem with our security cameras. We've called 5 times over the last 2 weeks, and spoke to someone once and they said that they would call back and nothing. We have not been able to get someone on the phone since our initial call. I am thinking that their Google Reviews are FAKE!
Armin responded to my calls and texts every time. We came to an agreement and he came and completed the job as agreed upon. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Armin is a great guy!
