Bruce is a great person to deal with. I had two leaks from the majors storms and he took care of both of them with no future issues. I definitely recommend using them for home improvement.

Very good experience - more companies should learn from them! We have had two different cases of leaks developing in our roof, and both times had Metropolitan Windows Improvement come out to fix. Both were done well, on time, and I was quoted a fair price ahead of time which they stuck too. They kept us informed through the process and followed up afterwards.

I hired Bruce Shively for thermo-imaging on my home to detect a leak. He came the next day and did a thorough check for moisture and was able to determine that the leak was coming from the other side of my home, not in the area of damage. Bruce also made necessary repairs, all done for VERY reasonable costs! I would definitely recommend him because he showed concern about my problem, took pride in his work, and went above and beyond what was expected as I am sure he does for all his clients.
Bruce put insulation into my attic. I have saved over $$50 a month on my heating bill and am very happy! His people did a great job and were very professional.
These guys are great. Bruce is so helpful and his thermal imaging found ways to save money. Its nice to have a company who can diagnose your problems and then remediate them. I thought personal service was a thing of the past but Metropolitan delivers all that and more. I will recommend them to anybody who needs to save money on their energy usage.

CALLED BRUCE-- HE SENT OUT THE ROOF MAN-- AND IN ABOUT ONE HOUR, PROBLEM SOLVED. BRUCE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS REPAIR I MIGHT ADD. BRUCE HAS DONE MANY UPDATES FOR MY HOME THRU THE YEARS.
