The best, Customer Service has always been great for me. I have the - MB-3CD and a have purchased other things for it . I ordered a hose recently and wasn't going to work as I thought. I emailed Customer Service and they gave RMA# for return. Need more companies out there that take care of customers like they do. THE BEST

I bought the 12V electric inflator/deflator pump as an option with my boat and only used it a handful of times to inflate a tube. It already stopped working properly and is now a useless paperweight. I reached out to customer service and was told I’d have to pay to ship it in, pay to get it back, and pay for any repairs if it can even be fixed. Bought an electric duster a decade ago, and it's worked great until a small issue came up with the cable. Customer support was responsive and very helpful and I was able to fix the issue good as new. Good build quality and very nice customer service!
