Had an appointment for my 1 month old son with this doctor recently. He was incredibly warm and kind from the get go. He immediately makes you feel at ease. He was so gentle with my baby and walked me through test results and a procedure we were having done. He would speak softly to my son and comfort him when examining him. Dr. Balcom is one of the best doctors I’ve encountered in a long time! I took my daughter to him for a second opinion after spending 9 months under the care of a pediatric urologist at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. In the 9 months at Children’s my concerns were ignored and my child suffered. I couldn’t believe the night and day difference I experienced with Dr. Balcom.
