I’ve had a great experience at 1132 Bay Street! The building is well-maintained, clean, and in an excellent location. But what really stands out is the superintendent, Arnold. He’s incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile and also the two concierge are very friendly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and friendly. Highly recommended!
The building itself is quite nice, but the rude concierge and ogre of a property developer are enough to deter even the most desperate.
