Very professional good customer service
I hired Metropolitan Tile to replace my existing kitchen and I had a horrible time experience. I was without a kitchen for 4 months and I had to chase him to do the work. They plumber and electrician was not licensed, they did not complete any of the work they were hired to do. The cabinets they installed were poor quality and they could not figure out how to hang cabinets. I had to call the cabinet manufacturer to ask for help. When they refused, Metropolitan Tile offered a refund for the cabinets which was never satisfied.... read more
