I connected with Mike from MTB and he was fantastic to work with. Our office HVAC system hadn't been serviced in a few years and the office was pretty hot in the summer and didn't have the best air flow. MTB came in for an office tour and the week after scheduled a balancing and full service maintenance. The week after once we were back in the office the airflow throughout the office was significantly better. We had some hot spots in the office that were not much cooler. I cannot recommend Metropolitan Testing & Balancing enough. Our a/c system needed balancing. They gave me a quote the same afternoon that I called and then an hour after I approved the quote, they scheduled an appointment. The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and managed to balance the system in a shorter amount of time than originally quoted, and because of that, they charged me a lower amount than the original quote. We were having issues with inconsistent temperatures in different parts of the store. We were able to get an appointment from Metropolitan quickly. They said they had to adjust the flow and now the system is working great.
