Ashley is amazing! She has given me permanent eyeliner and all over lips and I absolutely love it. Last week I had her 90 minute facial...more like 90 minutes of heaven. The whole staff there is amazing, its like walking into a family home.

In LOVE with this space! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind! The services are phenomenal! Also- the St James products are my new favorite. Finally I've found a skincare line that performs well and yet gentle enough for my sensitive skin. If you haven't experienced this place yet- you NEED to!
Just had my very first facial with Tiffany, and my skin feels better than ever before! Each and every scrub, cleanser, mask and moisturizer was customized to my skin and the 90 minutes felt like a relaxing massage. Tiffany answered each and every question about my skin, and provided the best at-home skin care advice. I left The Metropolitan feeling taken care of and literally with radiant skin.
I had my lips tatted to improve the color to more on the red side and I ended up having purple splotches all over; I called the gal who did them and complained but all she said was basically 'it takes time ',well it's been over 3 yrs and I never got a follow-up call or an offer 'to come in and let's look at those lips and see if anything can be done'. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.
