I was impressed by Tom's no nonsense but get on the job approach. When I contacted few roof companies, Tom was the first one responding to my call within only a couple of hours. Our house has a pitched terracotta roof considering which is a headache to most of roof companies. When Tom assessed the roof, he was confident with the work, his price was fair, his crew was professional, friendly and reliable. Our family are pleased with Metropolitan and Tom's leadership.
