Worst management ever poor living conditions unresponsive incompetent employees!!
Normally I am not compelled to review property management companies because they're usually all bad (lol, sorry!) but Metropolitan Realty Group is actually one of the good ones. I am on a wait list for an ex-Mitchell Lama building that went out of the program and I have to say that they are really on top of things. They respond quickly to my e-mails, quickly culled the list of the people on the Mitchell Lama waiting list who are no longer interested and whose names and info would not carry over to the new list, and are very ... read more
