This was the worst experience I’ve ever had working with a company. We tried to view 4 of their listings and either the lock box or door code didn’t work. We spent 45 min at each location on the phone or website trying to trouble shoot and they either hung up on us or told us they would report the problem. Don’t work with this company for housing! Nothing will work on self tours the way it is supposed to. Pathetic customer service!
Been here 6 months now. First time renting a house and everything has been smooth thus far. New air filters delivered to your door as part of one of their tenant benefits. Also a big game changer was the down payment program they have that many other companies don't have. Nothing bad to say on my end.
My husband Michael and I rented a home in North Phoenix from Metro for 5 years. We decided we needed a change of scenery and a more updated home, so we put in our notice 60 days out from the end of our lease and just moved to a new build. Metro caused ZERO issues for us. And they returned 75% of our deposit today, charging for light cleaning and some broken blinds in the living room. We looked at a place in Laveen, at Tierra Montana for our daughter who is moving to Phoenix from Flagstaff after graduation. The pictures look like a new house, but it does not look the same and it has oil stains. Price seems high and pictures don’t represent property well. Just beware. Who knows maybe it’s great on the inside!
Don't rent from these crooks! 6yrs ago I rented from them. The home was infested with rats. You could hear them chewing in the walls. My son kept getting sick. Upon testing roden feces was the cause. I broke my lease and left because that was the only option for my sons welfare. They worked with B.Lester Law Firm to come after me for almost 5k. After almost paying them off I accidentally defaulted on the last 350$ payment. B.Lester reached out to me over 2yrs later and tried to recharge me the entire amount! They are scammer... read more
