I had a mostly positive 18-month tenancy, but the move-out process left a sour impression. The property was thoroughly cleaned and passed their inspection with no noted issues. Please do not rent from these people I beg you please do not rent from these people, someone broke into one of their homes and violated me and harassed me. I submitted a police report for domestic violence. They told me they wanted me to submit documentation for order of protection, the state of Arizona as long as you provide a copy to one of these, you can legally break your lease they will not send me termination of the lease. Went to a self service tour of a listing, they texted multiple times before showing asking to confirm I will be there. I showed up 10 minutes early and waited around for a total of about 45 minutes. Spoke with customer service who straight up lied to me that someone was on the way. They claimed that this was a guided tour which was absolutely not true. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had working with a company. We tried to view 4 of their listings and either the lock box or door code didn’t work. We spent 45 min at each location on the phone or website trying to trouble shoot and they either hung up on us or told us they would report the problem. Don’t work with this company for housing! Nothing will work on self tours the way it is supposed to. Pathetic customer service!

Been here 6 months now. First time renting a house and everything has been smooth thus far. New air filters delivered to your door as part of one of their tenant benefits. Also a big game changer was the down payment program they have that many other companies don't have. Nothing bad to say on my end.
