I have never had a landlord ,or property management company that is more compassionate, and understanding. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we have a roof over my family's head. Kevin L. is a stand up guy. The office staff are always polite and willing to work with you. I can't say enough about how wonderful this company and it's employees are. I contacted MPM. City to help me manage my upcoming Investment Property. They were very knowledgeable about the area and made sure that I had my property set up to rent quickly. Dan, their Business Development manager walked me through the process and was very thorough and patient explaining the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their rental property managed.
