I lived in at green sequa townhouse complex in unit 25 , Surrey for about 4 years. Maintenance was great. The fence on 72 avenue side was broken and could be fixed but it had not happened. On the north east corner of the complex there was always garbage thrown. The garbage is still there, Unfortunately. The members of the council were my neighbours. I have had the pleasure of working with Metropolitan and Rheanna in both an owner capacity and as a strata council member for a few years. At my previous property we had a property management company with the ever revolving manager door, so much so that the company was fired only to be replaced with another management company that was worse than the first and so the first company was re-hired. Metropolitan has been a good company to work with. Their representative, Rheanna is very knowledgable about strata rules, patient when people are asking questions, and very professional.
