Do not use this company. The worst around by far.
In my opinion, the worse property management company out there. Where is our snow removal service. This is unacceptable service from the last two storms.
If I could change it to zero stars, I would. I feel it's unfortunate that I don't have a choice about the condo association that Warren City Center Square contracts with. I contacted Kim S. from accounts receivable to indicate that I have never received a coupon book for my payments. Two weeks later, she did not return my call so I called back and left another message asking her to contact me about this. She was very rude on the phone, yelled at me and accused me of lying. TERRIBLE!!! – I am a current occupant at Admirals Cove in Chesterfield. I really don't know why I am paying an association fee!!! They mow the lawn once every 1 1/2 weeks! They plow the streets and driveways 1-2 days after a snowfall (if at all)!!!
