Overall this experience left me feeling as though they don't have the customers best interest rather just want to make a quick buck. Applied for a May 1st apartment with a one year lease and had to send forms multiple times. Very little communication throughout the process and disorganized - we had to follow up and ask for updates. No flexibility with when to sign the lease and only found out the terms of the lease once we were actually at the office.
