How to star I know there many companies than managing buildings I also understand that some companies mange many buildings and some times can take little time to fix issues.but Meteopolitan is the worse I been living in one of the building they manage and we have a mayor problem we have MOLD on the walls I been calling and they said to me than they will send someone to fix it I been waiting years and nothing happens yet and my daughters have health issues and this is making it worse. I been living around 7 years in one of the building this company manages, let me tell y oi u this company is ni hood at all,they don't take care to the building I live in is bee 3 months without super witch is illegal,I called them and they don't fix the problems. We have an issue going on there is a homeless person going inside and stealing packages, and they don't want to fix the front door. Have had a really great experience working with Metropolitan Property Service. They took over management of my building this year, and have been very responsive to me and my tenants. Was hard to get our previous management company to respond, but these guys are on it and follow up.
Since Metropolitan Services (especially Neil Altman) has been involved, the building had never looked or been better. There is a happy feeling among staff and it makes coming and going from the building an extreme pleasure. He and his Staff and Firm are to be highly recommended. (PS) I have a tenant for over 35 years.
