I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They do not answer the phone, they never call back, they DO NOT CARE! I even left a message at 8pm on the emergency line and they state they will "call back within 30 minutes." I NEVER got a call back. I called at 8am and finally spoke to Tiffany on the phone at 1:40pm. This is the 2nd time in 7 months that we have been without hot water for more than 3 days. Not at all impressed with this management company. They are unresponsive, elusive, ineffective and a waste of our HOA dues. We'd be much better off to manage the property on our own.

I own a property at Hillsboro Quarters that Metropolitan Properties manages. It's not that they don't do the work request, it's that they lie about it. They have faked photos and sent multiple messages clearing work at was half-done. Moreover, they charge for items based on what they say and not do. One Star

This company has not honored their contract with Harding Place Condos, resulting in a dangerous and unsafe environment for all residents. There has been no action on maintenance request and no repones from the company by phone, They do not answer the emergency number, leaving the resident to deal with all the problems.
