What a beautiful Pilates studio! I found the studio to be clean and very well equipped with all Gratz equipment. The staff is cheerful, welcoming, and very efficient. What a treat to have a private session with Dorothee Vandewalle, protégé of Romana. She has a long history of teaching Pilates and the body in front of her. I loved each minute of the 55 minute session with her. I can't wait to return!
Best Pilates studio I've ever trained at! All of the teachers go through Dorothee's world-renowned, rigorous training program, and it shows. There's a variety of training options to suit every budget, and whether you pick a group class or a private session, you'll get a great workout and feel like a million bucks afterwards.
Metropolitan Pilates is great! Dorothee is one of the finest teachers out there, and she has such an eye for what the body in front of her needs, plus she just has a way about her that is so charming. Her staff of instructors are top notch too and you will definitely learn what authentic Pilates is here.
I have been a client at Metropolitan Pilates since its inception. The benefits from Pilates grow exponentially for me in this beautiful form of exercise, in this most special community. I highly recommend Metropolitan Pilates for anyone searching for building a foundation for health in movement in a wonderfully nurturing and supportive environment!
