My experience with Vince and Metropolitan Physical Therapy has been positive from day one. He has helped me through recoveries from three major surgeries, guiding me to recovery in each instance. He and his staff handled dealings with insurance and such, and showed immense patience and compassion always. I am most grateful to have found them.
Extremely rude receptionists and they overbook the therapists so you can’t get an appointment when you need it. They also reprimand you like a child if you have to reschedule.
I strongly recommend Vince. He immediately understood my situation (balance issues) and provided a series of exercises which have really helped me.
I highly recommend Metropolitan Physical Therapy. After fracturing a neck vertebrae in a car accident, I had limited mobility and pain. Vince diagnosed multiple issues due to the trauma of the accident and personalized my treatment for the best outcome. I was having some issues with range of motion and pain after injuring my shoulder. Dr. Carmellini diagnosed what was going on and the work began. Between exercises at home I was instructed to do and the one on one sessions with a super fun and interesting physical therapist I quickly regained range of motion and my muscles healed reducing the pain.
