Always nice and understanding and my granddaughter really liked the councilor there.
This post specifically addresses the exceptional care we received from Bryna, the lactation consultant at this location. Our daughter had some feeding issues as a newborn and Bryna completed changed the game for us. They explained everything thoroughly, helped us in navigating recovery from a tongue-tie procedure, and truly made us feel so supported. Without them, I don’t know if I could have continued breastfeeding. Bryna - thank you so much for your stellar patient education and kind attitude, we appreciate you greatly!
They are truly the best team! I took my baby there to get her ears pierced, and I was so impressed with how professional, gentle, and caring they were throughout the entire experience. They paid attention to every little detail and made sure my baby was comfortable and well cared for. I felt completely comfortable and confident in their hands. Thank you for making such a special moment so smooth and memorable! ❤️
My two kids (one male, one female) have been going here since we moved back to the Portland area. All of the staff have treated us with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism, listening to our issues and responding appropriately. They really care about the kids' wellbeing.
I am very disappointed with how one of the Medical Assistants at the Beaverton location treated my 4-year-old daughter during her recent visit. I chose not to address the issue in front of my daughter because I did not want to draw her attention to the interaction or make her feel hurt or singled out. However, I found the MA’s behavior highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
