Reception lacks professionalism – I really like the doctors and nurses at Metropolitan Pediatrics. They're great! However reception needs to be retrained. I paid to have a medical form filled out. After a week of waiting, I contacted the front desk to find out the status. The form was never filled out although the receptionist told me it was. My son was missing a physical and the form could not be completed. And neither did anyone call to inform me. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was basically told they were too bus... read more
Great Doctors – We felt in great hands and it especially helped as first time parents.
I'm glad I found a new doctor for my kids! Accepts Magnacare – My five year old has his first appt. with Dr. Sasala. He was seen in the ER & has stitches and needs to be followed up by his private doctor. I called the old Dr.'s office and they said they can't see him because the stitches are on his forehead. Went crazy looking for an office that participates with Magnacare. I was so happy when the office personnel informed me that they participated with most insurances and she gave me an appointment right away. I"m happy the... read more
