Good doctors but very cheap office. They nickel and dime you for everything. 4$ parking validation? Of course not. Need a form filled for school? 10$. But go ahead and charge my insurance hundreds for every visit. I wouldn’t be surprised if they started charging by the minute to borrow a pen in the lobby.
We’ve been going to Metropolitan Pediatrics for the past year and have only ever had phenomenal experiences with the front desk staff, nurses, and doctors. Everyone is kind and professional, the offices are clean, and resources are easily accessible through the website. The support & guidance at both sick and well visits has been so incredible, it’s been extremely comforting to us newer parents. I’ve especially appreciated the availability of the after-hours line. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
This is a five star practice. We’ve been seeing them for our son for eight years and have always had a good experience. All their doctors are great with kids and awesome to work with. They will make accomodations for urgent visits and make you feel valued. Front office staff is great too and make it easy to schedule appointments.
