We love Metropolitan Pediatrics and especially Dr. Leah Schaaf! Dr. Leah is so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We feel so lucky to have her as our children’s pediatrician! Additionally, the new Lakeville location is beautiful! They have a fun play area for kiddos while they wait.
Dr Rigelman, Dr Clark and Dr Tumilty have been treating my children since they were babies. When necessary they referred us to great specialists. I never felt like I was overreacting when I brought in my babies. Now that my kids are older, the doctors are all patient and listen to what my children have to say. Very respectful. My children and I feel seen and understood there.
After transferring from 3 other Pedestrian offices after moving her in 2017, Metro Meds is a welcome change. First a live human answers the phone. There’s nothing more frustrating than trying to make a sick child visit but you have to push through several numbered prompts to get through all the prerecorded messages just to be placed on long holds. We can’t recommend Metro Peds enough! Both our 2 year old son and 5 month old daughter see Dr. Calderone. He is so wonderful! We’ve always been able to get in for last-minute/urgent care type visits and see other providers (who have also been great)! I love that they have other locations and hours on the weekend if needed.
