We’ve been coming here for years but will not be back. During a routine well child visit, I mentioned a facial tic my daughter has had. The Dr suggested we do a blood test to rule out PANDAS (an autoimmune disorder). I was surprised to see my bill come back with no insurance coverage. It was coded as a “mental health” appt, when there was NO MENTION of mental health discussed. I spoke with an extremely rude, dismissive “coding specialist” who would not budge. We will never deal with this clinic again.
