I just have a recently surgery by Dr. Colleen Joseph, MD to correct problem of cataracts on my both eyes, with excellent results . This operation really changed my life. She is an excellent surgeon and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph and the excellent staff of Metropolitan Ophthalmology at McLean, Va
I have been Dr. Colleen Joseph's patient now for over 15 years and I highly recommend her. I am diabetic, with high blood pressure and glaucoma and with these issues I was nervous about any type of eye surgery. But she put me at ease. Over the years, she has conducted numerous eye exams and a month ago she removed the cataract in my right eye. She did an excellent job and at 77 years old, I can now see better than 20/20. They use a mirror system for the eye tests which is not bright enough to see and then the tech asks you to guess. Useless.
More than 45 minutes in the room waiting to see the Dr!!!!!
I was going to be a new patient here in about 2 weeks maybe a little bit more. I was sent the new patient forms yesterday to fill out after I had made my appointment. Not even 24 hours have gone by when I am receiving emails from the office manager “you did not fill them out”. Super unprofessional. emailed her back and said to cancel my appointment.
