The entire office/patient room experience was exceptional. Very straightforward Physicians assistant who: First showed me my MRI in detail. Secondly she explained what things should look like, and what mine looked like. Lastly, ALYSSA who’s a PA-C taught me more about myself(my body) in the 15-20 minutes we talked for, than ALL the other information I had known combined!! - Inspired Spine is where I went for my back surgery consultation. I was in the ER on 12/26 after I injured my back. I was subsequently referred to Metropolitan Neurosurgery. After not hearing anything until 1/2, I called them and was told they had my referral, but were working on other referrals at the moment. I called back two days later after again not hearing from them and was told they had to contact insurance to determine in/out of network status for Dr. Kapurch. I would never entrust surgery with this clinic after having dealt with Maureen. The rudest intake specialist ever not to mention the contempt in her tone of voice. I'll make the community stays clear of this clinic. Neurosurgery or spinal surgery is the most complicated surgery and you want to be absolutely content with who you go with. I for one am glad Maureen showed us what they're capable of. I'll also report Maureen's interaction with me to all applicable agencies.
