Wow what a sorry excuse of a business this place is. Just know before you go here, understand that every employee hates their job and doesn’t care to hide it, they don’t care, they don’t care about you. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t call you back. Waited almost 4 months for a call back. Nobody there cares about you walking into that door, your health, or helping you in any way. Great office Very nice.
They do not accept legal tender as payment, aka cash. Can't get anti seizure medicine cause money is no good there.
Dr. Head is impersonable and his staff are rude as well. They don’t ask you when you’d like to schedule your next appointment while you’re there (both of my other doctors do this every time). More than once this has caused me to run out of refills on my prescriptions at the last minute. Then you call to make an appointment so you can get refills and Dr. Head and/or his staff act put out about it.
