I just had my last appointment with Dr. McLaren and Patty today and I could not be happier with the care and experience that I have had over two pregnancies under their careful observation. Both of my pregnancies required frequent scans and a lot of attention. These people play with appointments and with patients. I make the appointment. I call to confirm the appointment because they dont send you even a message to confirm it like other doctors do. First they tell you yes. Then they tell you no. They don't call you to confirm or cancel. They don't give you reasons to postpone the appointment. The secretary is very spoiled and rude. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this medical office due to their unprofessional staff. The administrative staff scheduling appointments are rude. I would try to find another provider in lieu of this one if you want your appointment scheduled efficiently and with respect. It is a shame that these unprofessional people work for this doctor because he may be very good at his profession. But, due to the gatekeepers of his medical practice he is unable to reach a plethora of clients.

I called on Friday around 4 pm hoping to get a scheduled for next week, the lady who picked up rude and she said its Friday so they closed early I had to call back on Monday, and she hanged up on me. what kind of service is that ???

Not sure how Patty still keeps her license. terrible bedside manner, rude. She comes in unprepared and does not know what to do. Talks rude with the doctor and the doctor, talk back to the patient and give wrong information about history..
