I wanted to post a review of my experience recently. Every team member I have interacted with in person and over the phone was very accommodating, responsive and so friendly. If it’s an account issue, or maintenance, I always get a positive interaction. I also love that they have monthly visits to our clubhouse so we can put faces to names.
Annabelle was very helpful and patient helping me replace my parking garage sticker!
Nicole is the best! Super friendly and sweet.
Nicole, manager of accounting was great to work with and very helpful in straightening out an accounting snafu that I created.
It is always something with some companies like this!!! Phone call after phone call and after a good number of tries, I spoke with Nicole the accounting manager, and was met with understanding and a great conversation. Seen other negative reviews and I do not understand them!
