Nicole is the best! Super friendly and sweet.
Nicole, manager of accounting was great to work with and very helpful in straightening out an accounting snafu that I created.
It is always something with some companies like this!!! Phone call after phone call and after a good number of tries, I spoke with Nicole the accounting manager, and was met with understanding and a great conversation. Seen other negative reviews and I do not understand them!
THE WORST SERVICE!! The phone doesn't get answered. Nicole is sooo rude and not helpful. Stay away if you can!!
UPDATE: I am updating my review based on a very positive response from the management and CEO. I received a phone call within an hour explaining the system error that had caused the incorrect late fee and a genuine apology for the way I was treated by the staff member I spoke to initially. It is clear that customer service is indeed a priority and I appreciate the prompt and sincere response.
