Haven’t had consistent heat since i moved in (october to january) and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have reached out to my property manager but, as she’s failed to do anything, i expected to be able to go to corporate, but no one is ever there and no one answers the phone. They charge crazy high rent and you can’t even get through to anyone. Not worth moving into ANY of their properties.
Very unresponsive. Never answers the phone and never returns calls after messages are left. Very overpriced for what they offer as well.
