These inverter and switch issues are getting ridiculous. Starting today I’ll be posting each one here. I continue having the same issue with 30 & 35. Deluxe and plus. Additionally the flat switches on sumps and ejectors are constantly going bad 3 years in

I’m a plumber and all of their sump pump inverters go bad right after their 5 year warranty. My coworkers and I have pulled about a hundred of bad inverters ALL just after their warranty. They have never showed concern for our customers once. They need to recall this product before it burns a house down. Horrible company

Called at 7:45am and got a real person! Walked me through what to do to disconnect inverter that was continually running...most likely due to a faulty battery...and helped me figure out the next steps. It is rare these days to get customer service like this. Thank you!

Faulty inverter/charger overcharging battery for backup sump pump. My plumber took the unit all the way out to Romeoville for testing (charged me $500 for his time), and they said it was fine, but it continued doing the same thing. Wish I had known about the option of a water-powered backup before spending $1500+ on the ion35+, Metropolitan’s overpriced battery, and the pump.
