Loan Signing Agents BEWARE. I did a signing for them July 13, they received my invoice on July 15 and I still have not received the check for services. When I contacted them, it seems they allowed my invoice to sit on their desk for a week and now keeps giving the condescending "hurry up and wait" "is in the mail" responses and attitude like in wrong for following up on where my payment is.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. My wife and I were referred to Darryl at Metropolitan Home Mortgage after our primary lender could not fulfill the type of loan we were requesting. It turned out that Darryl couldn’t do this loan as well (as a new law in California did not allow this type of loan anymore), so Darryl referred us back to our primary lender.
