I received harassment from all levels as well as mistreatment and was told to sit nearly outside with no coat on. I received racism as well as being poorly treated. I was ignored multiple times when I had complaints that needed to be addressed. I was racially profiled and verbally assaulted daily. I was also told that employees was stealing from the hospital and we were not treated with respect during COVID19. MHS better check their facts. Not only is this the worst company I've ever worked for, but on my first day I found stacks of resignation letters in the station where I worked. I submitted notice of resignation due to an upcoming deployment which was advanced by 5 days. My manager August, who never liked me anyway, fired me for getting deployed even though she was informed at least 12 hours before our orders to move out were issued.

This company is a complete joke. Managers and HR are worthless and clearly do not comprehend laws or regulations. It is illegal to "fire" an employee who gets deployed, regardless of whether you like them or not.
