I am thrilled with countertop install. I stopped by their shop on a whim and met with Steve. Instantly knew this was the place for me. He met us two days later at the granite yard to pick out and lay out the cuts for our slab (several places we spoke with wouldn't bother). The next day he was at the house and templated it. I love my countertops! I first heard of Chuck while shopping for granite by another customer. I called him as soon as I left the granite store. He came out that same week and discussed with me my expectations and he took measurements. The following week Steve came out and did the templates. After that Chuck called me to the shop to go over my slabs and how I wanted my templates. A few days later they were installed! Jake, Kyle and Chris installed my countertops in just under 2 hours! I called this company to give me a quote for quartz counter tops. He didn't show up for the appointment we had last Thursday so he came at 7:30 am the following day. He has never provided the quote and will not return any phone calls.
I had a family member that had the work done by this man. I felt so sorry for them. It was such a mess that the contractor could not even do the back splash. It had chips and seams where there wasn't suppose to be. I just recomend that any one who ha big job DO NOT USE HIM.
NEVER EVER use this company, the work is terrible. Chuck is the owner and he does not stand by his work, left our countertops with chips, gaps & so many seams. He will not come back and fix his work, if he does he will charge you again. The reviews I see on here have to be bogus reviews. HE HAS ALREADY CHANGED HIS COMPANIES NAME ONE TIME before . I wish we knew this before we used him.
