Rude countwr staff, inaccurate pricing, and time frames unapolagetic about delays.
Shocking company to deal with! They dont honor their quoted prices and dont follow through and finish the job. When I tried to resolve multiple times they wouldnt respond to email and blocked my phone.. WOW, quite shocked at how they treat customers. I would never recommend doing business with this company!
I can't say enough good things about them! Rob is awesome and his attention to detail is spectacular. All the office staff are extremely kind and professional. I received several quotes for glass replacement in my windows and they were the only glass company that actually called me a month later to follow up on the quote. I was undecided to repair the broken window or just get new windows. They definitely made the decision easy.
Had a mirror with glass framing put upabove fireplace. Within a time there appeared quarter size defects in the silvering of the mirror.. A representative came and stated that they are not responsible for the mirror/glass and that it was not their installation or glue that caused the problem. The could only check it out If I wanted to have it taken down then it would cost me the deinstallation coast. Since then a nuimber of these defects have appreared.
